Chief of Staff to the CTO

📋 Description

• Lead the engineering leadership cadence and OKR/QBR cycle end-to-end.
• Own leadership decision records, follow-ups, and cross-team coordination.
• Drive operating rhythm across CTO’s office and engineering orgs.
• Synchronize with directors, staff, and engineers to close ownerless initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional interfaces (Product, Data, BizOps, Finance, Legal, IT).
• Support executive synthesis and concise material for leadership and board audiences.

🎯 Requirements

• Languages: Fluent English and Russian for internal/external tech communications.
• Experience in engineering-operations/TPM leadership; cadence, planning, and cross-team coordination
• Ability to turn complex inputs into decision-ready material for CTO/executive teams.
• Strong collaboration with engineers, EMs, and directors; not a formal technical authority.
• Excellent communication, follow-through, and operating discipline.
