Chief of Staff to the CTO

📋 Description

• Lead engineering leadership cadence and governance for the CTO’s office.
• Own OKR/QBR process, ownerless initiatives, and cross-team coordination.
• Coordinate leadership decisions, follow-ups, and executive-ready material.
• Drive cross-functional interfaces with Engineering Directors, Product, Data, BizOps, Finance
• Operate in English across EU/US hours; support a global engineering org.

🎯 Requirements

• Engineering-operations / TPM leadership experience.
• Proven track record running operating cadence for large orgs.
• Ability to drive ambiguity to clear ownership and closure.
• Fluent English and Russian for internal/external communications.
• Strong cross-functional delivery, executive synthesis, and operating discipline.
• Comfort with technical context but not acting as the technical authority.
