Chief of Staff to the CTO

📋 Description

• Lead engineering-organization cadence and leadership rhythm end to end.
• Own OKR/QBR processes and cross-functional alignment with CTO, directors, and engineers.
• Coordinate leadership decisions, documentation, and follow-through for exec audiences.
• Drive cross-team initiatives, vendor/pilot contracts, and budgeting interfaces.
• Turn complex inputs into concise, decision-ready materials for CTO/board.
• Manage delegated decisions to closure and ensure timely hand-offs.

🎯 Requirements

• Engineering-operations / TPM leadership experience, ideally reporting into engineering leadership.
• Proven track record coordinating multi-team initiatives at org scale.
• Executive synthesis and operating discipline with strong follow-up loops.
• Fluent English and Russian for internal/external communications.
• Comfort working with engineers, EMs, directors; not the technical authority.
• Languages: Fluent English and Russian.
