Chief Operating Officer

📋 Description

• Own the operational, financial, and execution backbone of the company to enable CEO focus on vision
• Ensure executive team executes against strategy with discipline using OKRs and a well-run operating
• Lead and manage executive team meetings and ensure department OKRs/Health Indicators are set and
• Oversee Operations team and maintain the company’s Work AI OS with strong leadership direction.
• Partner with CEO on company direction, strategic planning, and priority setting.
• Drive financial planning, budgeting, and resource allocation tied to merit and priorities.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in a senior leadership or equivalent role guiding operating models and performance
• Experience operating inside a fast-growing company with direct P&L or budget accountability.
• Strong track record improving financial performance and risk visibility at scale.
• Proven ability to design and run company-wide operating systems and management cadences.
• Experience leading distributed/remote, cross-border teams.
• Strategic execution, financial acumen, executive coaching, and data-driven decision making.
