Chief Operating Officer

📋 Description

• Lead the design, integration, and continuous improvement of enterprise operating models across
• Establish scalable systems, policies, processes, decision rights, accountability structures, and
• Translate strategic priorities into executable operating plans, organizational metrics, reporting
• Provide executive oversight of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow management
• Partner with Finance leadership for internal controls, audit readiness, regulatory compliance, and
• Oversee People & Culture strategy including talent acquisition, compensation, performance

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive senior leadership experience with enterprise operations oversight.
• Experience scaling organizations in nonprofit, for-profit, hybrid, or similarly complex
• Direct experience overseeing multiple enterprise functions, particularly Finance, People &
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting, forecasting, modeling, metrics, and reporting.
• Experience partnering with CEOs, exec teams, and Boards.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred. CPA or similar credential a plus.

🎁 Benefits

• Base salary of $325,000–$375,000, with eligibility for an annual incentive/bonus.
