Chief Process Engineer

📋 Description

• Role in Chemicals & Biorefining, Mining & Metals process engineering team within the
• Primary work location in Helsinki metropolitan area or Oulu with a hybrid working model.
• Lead and coordinate process engineering in basic and detail engineering projects.
• Develop personal skills and participate in collaborative internal development projects.
• Share engineering and industry know-how with the team.

🎯 Requirements

• Master of Science in Metallurgy or similar education.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in process design.
• Experience of basic and detail engineering projects in mining and metals.
• Safety-critical mindset.
• Excellent collaboration and English communication; Finnish/Swedish an advantage.
• Leadership skills with ability to work in cross-functional and multinational teams.
