  • Own the full revenue engine across Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships.

🎯 Requirements

  • 12+ years revenue leadership, 3+ in senior leadership (VP/ CRO).
  • Proven ARR growth in growth-stage healthcare SaaS.
  • Deep SaaS metrics knowledge: ARR, MRR, CAC, LTV, NRR, churn.
  • Experience aligning Sales and Marketing in SaaS; partnerships/channel programs.
  • Strong analytical, executive presence; English and French fluent.
