🎯 Requirements

  • 12+ years revenue leadership with 3+ years in senior leadership (VP/SRO).
  • Proven ARR scaling in growth-stage healthcare SaaS.
  • Deep SaaS metrics knowledge: ARR, MRR, CAC, LTV, NRR, churn, expansion.
  • Experience leading Sales and Marketing; strong partnerships experience.
  • Analytical with data-driven GTM planning; executive communication.
  • Fluent in English and French.
