Chief Security Officer

📋 Description

• Lead security strategy, governance, and risk for crypto exchange and payments.
• Build a comprehensive program covering cyber, physical, data, and compliance security.
• Oversee SOC with real-time monitoring, threat detection, and incident response.
• Integrate security into product design (shift-left) and cross-functional work.
• Manage digital asset security, wallets, keys, and anti-theft; secure offices/data centers.
• Ensure global regulatory compliance and audits (FATF, MiCA, SFC, GDPR).

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in info security and risk management; 5+ years CSO in crypto/fintech.
• Proficient in cyber, network, app, data, blockchain security; familiar with FATF, MiCA, SFC, GDPR.
• Experience in security incident response, crisis management, and regulatory audits.
• Strong leadership, cross-functional coordination; build high-performing security team.
• Excellent English & Chinese communication with regulators and partners.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher; CISSP/CISM/CISA/CRISC/ACAMS preferred.
