📋 Description

• Lead Engineering, Data, IT, and Security across US and India teams.
• Develop long-range staffing plans domestically and offshore to balance capability and cost.
• Translate product and business strategy into technical delivery and outcomes.
• Drive AI-enabled transformation across product and operations with pragmatic judgment.
• Maintain platform security and compliance (HIPAA, SOC 2) at scale.
• Collaborate with CPO to align product and engineering work as a single delivery unit.

🎯 Requirements

• Typically 15+ years of relevant experience with built-scale engineering leadership.
• Must be hands-on, close to the work, with a bias for action.
• Strong consumer technology experience with a record of shipping products customers love.
• Accountable owner of outcomes end-to-end; urgent and business-minded.
• Excellent communicator, able to translate between technical and business audiences.
• Fluent in AI applications with early-adopter instincts and prudent judgment.
