📋 Description

• Oversee strategic direction, governance, and operational execution of all technology functions
• Lead product roadmap, budget, and resource planning for infrastructure, applications, security, and
• Direct the full software development lifecycle and ensure on-time, high-quality product delivery.
• Drive cybersecurity strategy, risk management, PCI-DSS compliance, and incident response readiness.
• Shape AI strategy and governance, including AI platforms, data privacy, and cost/risk management.
• Foster collaboration across brands and departments to align technology with business goals.

🎯 Requirements

• BS/BA in computer science, engineering or related field; graduate degree a plus.
• 15+ years of professional experience with 10+ years leading tech teams in multi-brand/complex
• Proven experience managing large technology budgets and capital planning.
• Strong executive communication, vendor management, and cross-functional leadership.
• Deep knowledge of information security, disaster recovery, privacy, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with AI/ML initiatives and governance across enterprise platforms.
