📋 Description

• Own and enhance enterprise fiduciary governance framework.
• Establish and adapt fiduciary policies and decision authorities.
• Chair or participate in fiduciary and governance committees.
• Maintain governance cadence for risk reporting and escalation.
• Advise senior leadership on fiduciary governance for new/existing business.
• Serve as senior fiduciary SME for boards, regulators, clients, beneficiaries, attorneys.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Law, Trust Admin, or related.
• Advanced credentials (JD, LL.M., MBA, CFP, CTFA) preferred.
• At least 15 years fiduciary admin; 10+ years in leadership roles.
• Extensive knowledge of fiduciary law, trust admin, estate planning, taxation, investments.
• Experience with regulatory examinations, fiduciary audits, governance reviews, risk oversight.
• Strong understanding of directed/discretionary trusts and complex wealth planning.
