📋 Description

• Provide high-quality virtual and in-person therapy to children, adolescents, young adults (ages
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support patient engagement and treatment progress
• Deliver care in Sterling, VA with a hybrid schedule that includes after 3pm ET weekdays and weekends
• Manage a guaranteed caseload and focus on evidence-based approaches
• Navigate credentialing, billing, insurance, and EMR processes so you can focus on patients
• Participate in ongoing professional development and peer support opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Active Virginia license: LCSW, LPC, LPC-R (Resident in Counseling), LMFT, LMSW, or SiSW
• 1+ year of experience with children and adolescent patients
• 1+ year of telehealth or virtual setting experience
• Available after 3pm ET weekdays and/or weekends
• Passion for family-centered, high-touch care
