• Hybrid clinical role for neurodevelopmental diagnostic evaluations and ongoing psychotherapy for
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to deliver whole-child care.
• Balance diagnostic evaluations with therapy hours based on business needs and patient demand.

🎯 Requirements

• Independently licensed LCSW, LMFT & LPC in VA.
• Experience with children, adolescents, and families; strong clinical writing.
• Ability to coordinate within a multidisciplinary care model and manage complex schedules.
• Familiarity with neurodevelopmental assessments and feedback delivery.
• Proven documentation practices and timely reports.
• Comfort with after-school hours and hybrid onsite/remote work as needed.
