Defines and executes China development strategy for assigned assets contributing to AbbVie growth.
Ensures asset development adds significant value in China with market potential and
Leads development activities for China Asset Strategy Team (AST) and coordinates with JAPAC and
Fosters continuous improvement within the asset lifecycle and aligns with stakeholders.
Represents China AST at global ASTs and decision bodies in China.
Drives asset strategy implementation and risk management for projects in China.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in life sciences; advanced degrees preferred.
5+ years drug development experience in pharma/biotech; Neuroscience/Immunology preferred.
Strong strategic thinking, collaboration, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Experience leading cross-functional teams; ability to influence and drive decisions.
Excellent oral and written communication in Chinese and English.
