China Asset Strategy Lead

📋 Description

• Defines and executes China development strategy for assigned assets to grow AbbVie pharma in China.
• Ensures assets add value through rapid, broad development considering market potential and
• Leads and coordinates all development activities for China Asset Strategy Team (AST) and aligns
• Fosters continuous improvement and trust within the team; maintains motivation and clear feedback
• Plans development timelines and milestones with key stakeholders in China, JAPAC, Intercon and
• Drives asset strategy implementation in China and proactively manages risks and budgets.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in life sciences; Advanced degree preferred (MD, PhD, MBA).
• 5+ years in drug development in pharma/biotech; Neuroscience/Immunology experience preferred.
• Strong strategic thinking, collaboration, and executive functioning; able to lead cross-functional
• Proven ability to motivate teams, delegate, and manage conflict to advance programs under
• Excellent bilingual communication in Chinese and English.
