🎯 Requirements

Bachelors or equivalent degree, health-related preferred
7+ years in pharmaceutical industry, ideally in development operations/quality management
Lead quality discussions and promote projects with stakeholders
Strong understanding of Quality by Design, quality risk management, risk-based monitoring, ICH E6 R3
English communication skills; TOEIC 850 or equivalent
Knowledge of global processes and Chinese regulatory requirements for clinical studies
