Chip Firmware Validation Engineer

📋 Description

• Develop and validate device software and firmware for Photonic Compute and Interconnect products.
• Collaborate with photonics, analog/digital, systems, and network teams to define control
• Perform validation, reliability testing, data analysis, and stack optimization.
• Debug embedded systems using GDB, JTAG, and logic analyzers.
• Contribute to product architecture and validation test plans.
• Join a cross-disciplinary team building scalable photonic AI processors.

🎯 Requirements

• BS in Electrical Engineering, CS, or related field; 5+ years in ASIC firmware validation.
• Strong hardware-software integration knowledge.
• Embedded software development experience; Linux software/firmware on Linux.
• Experience with Git, CMake, Python, C, C++ and MongoDB.
• Experience with data gathering, analysis, reporting.
• Familiarity with embedded peripherals and buses; Linux enterprise software.
