Cisco EA Specialist

📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of Cisco Enterprise Agreement renewals, True Forwards, and
• Serve as primary subject matter expert for Cisco EA structures (CX EA, SW EA, Security EA, Meraki
• Handle True Forward readings, build budgetary and executable quotes, and process orders in
• Identify CSVS/ISVS shifts from True Forward reports and adjust quotes accordingly
• Build and manage EA quotes in the EA Management Portal and CCW-R sidecar quotes when applicable
• Support EA deal registrations and maintain Letters of Customer Consent for quoting eligibility

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
• 3–5 years of Cisco EA experience; direct experience with True Forwards and EA modifications
• Proficiency in EAMP and CCW-R for sidecar quoting
• Knowledge of Cisco EA program structure: suites, tiers, True Forwards, CSVS, EGTFs, co-term logic
• Experience with Cisco AMs, CX teams, and TD SYNNEX on registrations/deal execution
• Strong Salesforce or CRM experience; ability to manage opportunity records
