📋 Description

• CAD Designer for civil engineering and surveying projects
• Produce permit-ready plan sets using AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Collaborate with engineers and surveyors to translate data and calculations into drawings
• Manage multiple active drawings in a fast-paced environment
• Produce grading, drainage, utilities, and site layout drawings
• Prepare submittal packages and address redline comments

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years AutoCAD Civil 3D production experience
• Experience producing civil site plan sets from concept to permit-ready
• Ability to read engineering plans, surveys, and legal descriptions
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficient in CAD standards, templates, layering, and LISP routines
• Team-oriented with ability to coordinate with engineers and surveyors
