Civil Engineer

📋 Description

• Civil site design review across Hut 8 data center projects
• Verify grading, drainage, utilities, roads; ensure constructability
• Support permitting strategy; manage submittals and comment responses
• Coordinate water/sewer/gas/telecom infrastructure with utilities and HV team needs
• Respond to civil RFIs, review submittals, and assist QA/QC decisions
• Support diligence and early works to accelerate construction mobilization

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years civil site design or owner’s-side civil review for industrial/critical facilities
• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering; PE license preferred
• Strong knowledge of grading, drainage, stormwater, and utility infrastructure
• Experience with entitlement/site permitting with AHJs, environmental agencies, and DOTs
• Comfortable reviewing Civil 3D deliverables and geotechnical reports
• Construction-phase experience: RFIs, submittals, earthwork QA/QC
