Develop and issue drawings, design documentation, and reports for land development projects
Perform grading, drainage, stormwater, water quality, and utilities calculations
Coordinate to obtain permits (local, state, federal) for land development and utilities
Manage civil aspects of construction in the field: quality control, conflict resolution
Interact with contractors and internal clients to define requirements, schedules, and estimates
Resolve design/construction conflicts in real time

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field
1+ years in civil engineering design, analysis, and drafting
