AEP/CJA development across analytics stack.
Migrate and rebuild Adobe Analytics reporting into CJA.
Configure data models, dataviews, and XDM schemas.
Build CJA analysis workspace projects and dashboards for web, marketing, and customer journey
Ensure data consistency between legacy analytics and CJA implementations.
Support analytics across markets, locales, languages, and properties.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years of experience in digital/MarTech analytics or related roles.
Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
Strong experience with Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) and CJA Analysis Workspace.
Solid understanding of XDM schemas, datasets, dataviews, and analytics data flows.
Strong SQL skills with CTEs, window functions, joins, aggregations, and data reconciliation.
Experience with Databricks or similar cloud/lakehouse platforms.
