📋 Description

• Manage complex and high-exposure claims within a specialized line of business, applying sound
• Provide guidance and subject matter expertise to adjusters, managers, agents, and examiners on
• Evaluate coverage issues and prepare well-supported coverage opinions based on policy language
• Direct and collaborate closely with defense counsel on litigated claims, supporting effective
• Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve claims using modern claims technology and established
• Analyze claim information, identify key issues and risks, and make informed recommendations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Insurance, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience handling complex, high-severity claims, preferably involving significant
• Strong knowledge of litigated claim management, including coverage evaluation, defense counsel
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the judgment to make sound decisions in
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex claims issues
• Proven relationship-building and collaboration skills when working with adjusters, managers
