Claims Processor and Risk Management Support

📋 Description

• Support Risk Management with admin tasks and claims processing.
• Assist with reconciling property claims and follow up for missing data.
• Lookup purchase orders/invoices to reconcile Catastrophe claims.
• Gather documents (invoices) to support demands on responsible parties.
• Maintain trackers for written Health & Safety plans for properties.
• Support data lookup in Entrata and entry in STARS for OSHA logs.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in corporate work environment; property insurance experience preferred.
• Strong Excel skills; detail oriented and organized.
• Self-starter with ability to multi-task and research/report results.
• Good communications and excellent customer service skills.
• Experience with Entrata, Coupa, or similar risk/claims tools is a plus.
