Classroom Floater

📋 Description

• Manage physical care of children using Montessori and RIE techniques
• Assist in each classroom to provide breaks for teachers and assistants
• Support ongoing activities, including diaper changes, cleaning, rest periods, and art
• Adapt to changing environments and accept feedback
• Follow daily schedules and room assignments per center needs
• Ensure child safety and daily care following procedures and licensing

🎯 Requirements

• Education: High School diploma or GED; EDU 119 Certificate
• Experience: 1 year working with children in a group setting
• Knowledge: Developmentally appropriate practices in early childhood
• Skills: Strong communication (oral and written)
