Own operational alignment for assigned client accounts; serve as trusted ops advisor
Translate performance data into narratives, drivers, risks, and opportunities
Identify trends/risks in the client lifecycle and propose corrective actions
Collaborate with clients to align expectations with internal capabilities
Lead monthly operational reviews and client touchpoints; document outcomes
Coordinate with Revenue Services, Client Success, Implementation and Tech teams

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Operations or related field
3–5 years in healthcare operations, revenue cycle, or client-facing roles
Strong written and verbal communication; ability to convey operational information clearly
Analytical with ability to interpret data and translate into actionable insights
Proven ability to influence across cross-functional teams
Timely and regular attendance; equivalent education/experience considered
