Client Director, Manufacturing

📋 Description

• Lead executive relationships with lighthouse manufacturing client
• Drive growth and strategic initiatives across platforms
• Collaborate with Solution Sales, Consulting, Support, and PS teams
• Develop end-to-end value stories aligned to client outcomes
• Manage multi-tier relationships up to CxO level
• Forecast revenue and achieve targets for the client

🎯 Requirements

• Experience integrating AI into workflows or decision-making
• 7+ years in client management
• 2+ years in Client Director or equivalent with multi-million deals
• Proven enterprise software sales to C-levels in manufacturing
• Strong industry POV and compelling narratives on manufacturing trends
• Excellent communication and executive presence
