Client Engagement API Specialist

📋 Description

• Be first point of contact for REST, WebSocket, and FIX APIs.
• Answer client API questions via Zendesk, Email, Telegram, or Zoom.
• Assist colleagues with API inquiries and use cases.
• Diagnose API issues and provide actionable fixes.
• Assist clients in implementing their API code with guidance and examples.
• Develop and maintain official API libraries in multiple languages.

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge of at least one language (Python, JavaScript, C/C++, C#, or Rust).
• Understanding of REST, WebSocket, and FIX API functionality.
• Experience interpreting data formats (JSON, CSV, XML, FIX 4.4).
• Experience managing hosts and networks (AWS, firewall config).
• Ability to write complex technical documentation.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
