Bachelor’s degree required.
3–5 years in client service, operations, logistics, or related field.
Experience with high-net-worth or premium clients preferred.
Strong shipping, logistics, and post-sale operations knowledge.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; calm under pressure.
Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities; proficient in Excel; SAP or similar
