Client Implementation Manager

📋 Description

• Lead implementation of SaaS solutions with government agency teams.
• Own each client implementation with project management and rules gathering.
• Develop/configure prototypes using Platform tools aligned to client needs.
• Coordinate with PMO for engineering or other team deliverables.
• Manage test planning and align requirements with Product teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery to meet client specs.

• 3+ years in software or client-facing analyst roles.
• Ability to lead large enterprise implementations across stakeholders.
• Proactive, logical, collaborative problem solving.
• Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments with adaptability.
• Strong technical aptitude to influence clients on SaaS needs.
• Experience with PM lifecycle and client-facing roadmaps.
