Client Implementation Manager

📋 Description

• Lead implementation of SaaS solutions with government agency teams.
• Own client implementation by providing project management and business rules gathering.
• Develop prototypes using Platform tools and iterate with client feedback.
• Coordinate with PMO to deliver requirements requiring engineering or other teams.
• Manage test planning and align requirements with Product teams; track issues and bugs.
• Work cross-functionally to ensure configuration meets client and PayIt specs.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in a software-based org; client-facing or analyst experience.
• Ability to lead large enterprise implementations across stakeholders.
• Proactive, logical, collaborative problem solving.
• Resiliency; manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong technical aptitude to influence clients on SaaS requirements.
• Experience with PM lifecycle and tools (Confluence, Jira, etc.)
