📋 Description

• Shape account strategy and vision; align cross-workstream goals to client outcomes.
• Own delivery end-to-end on assigned engagements: outcomes, timeline, quality, revenue.
• Drive program operations: estimating, pricing, resource planning, risk and scope.
• Build trusted relationships with executive sponsors; translate progress into business terms.
• Lead proposals and drive growth; partner with Sales to close opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• 8–10 years in consulting, digital, or AI/tech services.
• Track record growing accounts with executive sponsorship.
• Expertise in digital product, cloud (AWS), data and AI.
• Own delivery governance: scoping, estimating, forecasting, margins.
• Build trusted client relationships; drive renewals; lead proposals.
• Willingness to travel; PMP/Agile/SAFe certifications.
