• Manage end-to-end client engagement for Wing Assistant.
• Convert qualified prospects into clients via discovery and value presentations.
• Own the cycle from initial engagement to client readiness.
• Collaborate with sales, talent, and operations to close deals.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, AE, or client-facing roles (staffing/recruitment/BPO/MS).
• Strong structured discovery and consultative sales skills.
• Comfort with live candidate introductions and real-time client interactions.
• Excellent verbal communication on video calls.
• Highly organized, self-directed, end-to-end ownership from prep to close.
• Experience with CRM systems; HubSpot a plus.
