The Client Relations Executives are the primary point of contact for all Eurofins Built Environment
Must understand internal operations and service capability matrices of lab locations.
Participate in the sales process, coordinating with the Sales Team to create accounts.
Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues related to projects and work status.
Maintain up-to-date client account preference information.
Coordinate with Laboratory Support for sample receipt and login.

🎯 Requirements

BS degree in Biology or related science REQUIRED
2-5 years customer service experience (preferred)
Indoor Air Quality field experience preferred
Laboratory setting familiarity preferred
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
Professional English proficiency (read/write/speak)
