Client Relations Executive - Eurofins Built Environment Testing - Pacific Northwest

📋 Description

• Primary contact for Eurofins Built Environment Testing clients.
• Located in Seattle, WA or Portland, OR; candidate may reside in either city.
• Engage in sales process, coordinate with Sales Team, and manage client accounts.
• Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and track work status.
• Maintain up-to-date account preference information.
• Coordinate with Laboratory Support for sample receipt and login.

🎯 Requirements

• BS degree in Biology or related science REQUIRED
• 2-5 years in Customer Service preferred
• Indoor Air Quality field experience preferred
• Laboratory familiarity preferred
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without sponsorship
• Professional proficiency in English (read/write/speak)
