📋 Description

• Create client expansion roadmaps and product/service gap lists, partnering with sales ops to
• Onboard customers cohesively, maintain ongoing communication to promote business growth with
• Serve as escalation point for technical/service concerns, address and resolve issues using tracking
• Manage regional vendors and monitor open orders to align workload with capacity and SLAs.
• Develop weekly reporting templates with performance metrics, trend analysis, and root cause
• Additional duties as indicated.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience managing clients as an inside Account Manager with a mortgage lender or
• Working knowledge of mortgage originations operations, including LOS/pipeline management.
• Effective communication and ability to work through challenges within tight timelines.
