📋 Description

• Manage inbound/outbound client communications via phone/email
• Advise walk-in clients about service info and prep
• Oversee projects in PLM/TEM/IAQ needing login or client contact
• Unpack shipments and document sample receipt
• Update client/project data in LIMS and CRM
• Collaborate with lab/ops to resolve inquiries and improve processes

🎯 Requirements

• HS Diploma or equivalent; 1-2 years customer service
• Experience in a lab setting preferred
• Excellent written/verbal communication
• Active listening; client-focused; computer literate
• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks on time
• Team player; capable under pressure; growth mindset
