📋 Description

• Face of BillionToOne to physicians, clinics, staff, and patients.
• Provide exceptional service and support to customers.
• Work with Client Services team to ensure accurate order processing and timely reporting.
• Engage clients to obtain missing information needed to process test orders.
• Resolve 40–60 cases per day with quality and accuracy.
• Collaborate with lab, data entry, sales, billing, and support teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Prior client-facing experience in customer service or similar.
• 4-year college degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-volume environments with outbound calls.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation.
• Ability to learn quickly, navigate systems, and resolve issues independently.
