📋 Description

• Own day-to-day client experience for Lucie partner network (FMOs, agencies, carriers, distribution
• Serve as liaison between Sales and Operations, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Training, Support
• Translate partner needs into clear requirements, drive handoffs, and cross-functional execution.
• Coordinate launch-critical activities and manage risk to protect timelines.
• Lead partner kickoffs, status meetings, and quarterly business reviews with documentation.
• Monitor activation, adoption, service performance, and partner health; inform roadmap and

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in client services, account management, implementation, or related cross-functional role.
• 3+ years partnering with external clients; translating needs into requirements.
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional launches with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executive and operational audiences.
• Ability to understand technical/data concepts and explain to non-technical audiences.
