Client Services Manager (FWA)

📋 Description

• Be primary account manager for client ops contacts
• Lead operational implementation of FWA programs
• Coordinate client/internal meetings and action-tracking
• Manage cross-functional initiatives with timelines
• Monitor performance, analyze trends, diagnose issues
• Prepare client performance summaries and risks

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher; 5+ years healthcare ops/consulting
• 5+ years healthcare Fraud, Waste & Abuse knowledge
• 2+ years project or team management
• 2+ years client relationship management
• Strong understanding of FWA investigations and programs
• Demonstrated PM, org, planning, prioritization skills
