Client Services Representative

📋 Description

• Coordinate sample receipt and dispatch for soil, water and air testing.
• Register, label and process samples accurately and efficiently.
• Communicate sample status and turnaround times with clients.
• Prepare quotations and liaise with lab teams to meet KPIs.
• Maintain records of client interactions and services.
• Ensure safe, compliant sample receipt operations.

🎯 Requirements

• Diploma or tertiary qualification in Science or 2+ years’ relevant experience.
• Experience in a commercial environmental laboratory.
• Experience in a client services role.
• Strong communication and a proactive, client-focused approach.
• Current driver’s licence.
• Lab skills in chemistry or microbiology (advantage).
