Client Services Specialist

📋 Description

• Build and maintain relationships with clients as primary contact
• Manage customer queries and service issues to ensure satisfaction
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts aligned to requirements
• Coordinate onboarding of new clients, projects, products
• Act as the link between customers and labs with progress updates
• Monitor timelines and customer expectations

🎯 Requirements

• Science graduate in Chemistry, Pharmacy or equivalent
• 3-5 years in analytical testing, QA, lab ops or client-facing pharma services
• Experience managing customer relationships in a regulated industry
• Understanding of pharma development, release testing, stability testing or microbiology services
• Experience preparing quotations, proposals or contracts desirable
