📋 Description

• Provide project management for client sample programs via daily communication
• Serve as internal liaison so clients contact one person
• Empower decisions to deliver superior service
• Share information on Pricing, Capabilities, Status, Sample Submission
• Assist Client Managers with quotes, proposals, RFIs
• Onboard new clients and provide SampleKinect training

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, business or related field (or equivalent)
• 2+ years in food testing, high intensity customer service, or related
• Excellent customer service, attention to detail, tact under pressure
• Thick-skinned; able to deliver difficult news
• MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) proficiency
• Plan, multi-task, prioritize; strong teamwork/communication
