Client Solutions Manager - X

📋 Description

• Participate in strategic planning with sales to grow or generate new business opportunities on X.
• Act as a consultant for top key accounts, building strategic long-term relationships with a focus
• Serve as the main POC for clients, delivering campaign management and reporting in a timely manner
• Ensure that SLAs are respected to deliver a first-class client service experience.
• On the performance side: optimize accounts to increase spend; on the reservation side, manage
• Drive education on X products, platform updates and company best practices as relevant to clients'

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in client relationship management and digital media.
• Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business or Technology.
• Understanding of the digital landscape and a passion for social media; intimately familiar with
• Experience managing campaigns across digital platforms and ad tech products, ideally including X
• Analytical thinking: ability to interpret metrics, identify opportunities and make data-driven
• Genuine curiosity for technology: proactive in exploring and adopting new tools independently
