Client Success Manager

📋 Description

• Serve as a strategic partner to clients, aligning SeatGeek’s technology with their business goals
• Build trusted relationships with senior leaders and key decision-makers across client organizations
• Identify opportunities across product adoption, commercial improvement, and fan experience to
• Lead business reviews and deliver insights to support renewals, adoption, and overall client success
• Leverage client relationships at all levels to generate advocacy through case studies and referrals
• Analyze product usage and financial data to guide strategic decisions

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in a client-facing role in SaaS, tech, or entertainment; sports/ticketing a plus
• Track record of driving client outcomes with data-backed results
• Comfort presenting to leadership levels of internal and external partners
• Deep understanding of commercial/financial aspects and how to impact P&L
• Strong communication and presentation skills; able to simplify complexity for clients and product
• Experience with data tools (Looker, Excel, Google Suite) and reporting tools; AI experience a plus
