Client Success Manager - Social (Maternity Cover - 12 months FTC) Part-time

📋 Description

• Part-time CSM for maternity cover in EMEA across Europe
• Manage named accounts with 25-30 hours/week focus
• Advise on Bazaarvoice strategies for social, content, and experiences
• Run high-value activities and lifecycle management (Salesforce, Gainsight)
• Identify success metrics and show clients how to achieve them
• Promote feature adoption and manage portfolio health

🎯 Requirements

• Positive, self-starter with creative problem solving
• Customer-centric and social media obsessed
• Fluent in English; strong written and oral communication
• Strong time management, organization, and prioritization
• Ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision
• Bachelor’s Degree and 1-2 years in account management, client success, sales, marketing or social
