📋 Description

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in Customer Support or similar roles.
  • Experience handling high-volume support inboxes with attention to detail.
  • Live chat support experience required.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication.
  • HubSpot CRM experience preferred.
  • Shopify order management experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, and Microsoft Office.
