Client Virtualization Lead

📋 Description

• Lead architecture, design, implementation, and management of client virtualization, primarily
• Define strategic roadmaps for client virtualization services aligned with business needs.
• Lead L2/L3 support with MSPs; primary escalation point for complex issues.
• Oversee lifecycle of virtualization environments (deployment, upgrades, migration, decommissioning).
• Manage app/desktop provisioning across virtualization platforms and tech.
• Establish strong operational practices and high engineering standards.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop Services (CVAD).
• At least 2 years hands-on with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and Windows 365.
• Experience supporting transformation and migration initiatives.
• Strong expertise in Citrix Cloud and related virtualization tech ecosystems.
• Experience with Windows 365, Azure, AWS, NetScaler, thin clients; related infra valued.
• Experience leading teams (MSPs, contractors, or employees).
