Clinic Director/Partner - Physical Therapist

📋 Description

• Lead a high-performing outpatient orthopedic PT clinic in Goldsboro, NC.
• Direct clinic operations, patient experience, scheduling, and clinical performance.
• Mentor, lead, and develop a team of Physical Therapists and staff.
• Partner with leadership to meet clinic goals and drive growth.
• Develop strong relationships with local referral sources and community partners.
• Provide direct patient care using evidence-based treatment plans.

🎯 Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent).
• Physical Therapist license (or eligible) in North Carolina.
• Experience in leadership, mentorship, and clinic operations preferred.
• Active clinical practice in outpatient orthopedics; strong patient-centered approach.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and team-building skills.
• Willingness to lead and develop others within a national network.
